About LifeShine
Why LifeShine exists.
A learning company for people who learn by building, and the tools to keep their thinking clear while they build.
It started with a pattern that would not leave.
Across more than two decades working alongside professionals in India and abroad, in advertising agencies, technology firms, enterprise teams and startup ecosystems, the same scene kept repeating. Capable people with sound skills and full calendars, building without a system for how to operate, and losing their best thinking to load nobody had named.
Most education taught people what to think. Almost none of it gave them a working system for how to operate. On campus, training meant placement; students who sensed more than a job had nowhere to practise.
LifeShine Learning Solutions was founded in 2025 to change that: learning that ends in something built. Today it runs two programmes, Founder OS and YEP Bootcamp, publishes books for first-generation builders, and offers two products, Klaro and Manomayam, for the mind that has to stay clear while the work gets built.

Entrepreneurial spirit is not reserved for people with a startup certificate. It is the willingness to initiate, to decide, to persist, and to stay clear while doing so. Some of the people we serve will found companies. All of them have to found their next honest action.
To help founders and emerging entrepreneurs build before they feel ready, through live cohorts and workshops that end in something built, and through tools that keep their thinking clear while they build.
